  Has anyone tried modern NFT games that focus on shooter gameplay and storyline, rather than just token trading? I wonder how close they are to regular action games in terms of quality and whether they are worth playing for the gameplay, rather than just for the money.

  Yes, I just recently started playing one such NFT game, and was pleasantly surprised. It feels like a full-fledged action game, and not just a platform for trading tokens. I was especially pleased that the gameplay in Off the grid web3 game is really dynamic and visually elaborate, it is clear that they have bet on an interesting game, and not just on the blockchain. I think that if such projects continue to develop, they may have a future.

  Yes, some modern NFT games like Shrapnel and MetalCore focus on shooter gameplay and rich storylines. They're getting closer to traditional games in quality and offer fun beyond just earning.
