I was in St. Augustine and accidentally came across the Museum of Medieval Torture https://medievaltorturemuseum.com/st-augustine/��. I decided to drop in and did not regret it at all! The place is truly unique: it has a large collection of medieval torture instruments, from simple stocks to sophisticated Inquisition tools. The museum perfectly conveys the atmosphere - dark corridors, sound effects and interactive elements make the visit unforgettable. The impressions were strong, and although the exhibition is creepy in places, it perfectly reveals an important part of history. I definitely recommend it!
