Tadarise oral jelly should not be used when the patient is taking nitrate drugs for heart problems such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate or dinitrate or when taking amyloid nitrite or butyl nitrite. A combination of these drugs can significantly reduce blood pressure.
