With that understanding, it could really Up N Go Energy appear to be a little difficult to get our needed nutrition even from trying our best to eat good healthy food. This is probably a result of farming practices over the years, soil erosion, and any number of other causes. It probably would not be much of a stretch to say that most farmers today are mostly interested in growing bigger and faster in order to keep the dollars coming in.

I really doubt that there is much concern today with regard to quality. It is most likely about quantity.I was looking into some nutrient facts just the other day and discovered that the recommended amount of Vitamin C on a daily basis is 2000mg. Now that to me did not seem unreasonably high but then I looked at the Vitamin C content in an average size orange.

It has been determined that this average size orange has a content of approximately 60 mg of Vitamin C. Well I like oranges, but I don't see myself eating about 30 oranges a day to get the recommended dose of Vitamin C. Of course, there are other sources to obtaining that vitamin such as broccoli, red bell peppers, and strawberries. But the same problem arises with content. Just not that much in them.
