Jackson was ejected after getting Casino Destroyer Review a second technical and it ended with him shouting at the officials and having a verbal fight with Mavericks fans. Though Jackson regrets the ejection but he does not think his behavior was enough for an ejection.However, there is nothing much that Jackson can do about his on-court behavior. He has acknowledged that he plays with a lot of emotion and does not know to play any other way. He also said that emotion plays a big part in his game and when he knows that there is a lot on stake, he does not know to play in any other way.

The incident for which he is being charged also violated his probation for the charges levied after the Palace brawl.
