Fildena Super Active contains sildenafil citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction. While its main action targets smooth muscle tissue in the penis by enhancing blood flow, it also indirectly influences muscle relaxation in other parts of the body. Sildenafil works by increasing nitric oxide levels, which leads to elevated cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels. This biochemical cascade causes smooth muscle relaxation and vasodilation. Though not primarily designed for skeletal muscle relaxation, its systemic vasodilatory effects may cause a mild sense of muscle ease in some users. However, it is not a substitute for muscle relaxants.
