    1. I am a citizen or a national of A.

    2. I accept the decisions of CSAT without any dispute.

    3. I believe in freedom of thought and opinion and in their universal and public acceptance.

I fully participate in the life of CSAT. I am active at meetings and conferences, at the information centers, and at the CSAT full forms.

I am ready to defend CSAT with the full force of my mind and my strength.

    Essential Points

    Lecture 1: What is CSAT?

The CSAT is the official institution responsible for overseeing and verifying general and official education for citizens of Serbia, including basic and advanced training. It consists of 39 representatives of universities and higher education, working full-time, from as many universities and higher education institutes as are willing.

The CSAT is also the only institution responsible for certifying high school graduates.

Lecture 2: Why am I applying for a CSAT form?

My reason for wanting to apply for a CSAT form, as well as the CSAT website and the CSAT form requirements, are as follows:

I am entering university or graduate school in the first two years. I want to achieve a CSAT form within those two years. I want to learn about Serbian education, and I want to keep my nationality.

Lecture 3: Does being a member of CSAT affect any of my rights to study in Serbia?

I have found the documents pertaining to this issue. The University of Belgrade website lists 10 reasons why a person may be excluded from participating in the CSAT system. These are the documents:

    1. CIVIL SERVICE.

    2. STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS.

    3. JUDICIAL REQUIREMENTS.

    4. CONDITIONS.

    5. CIVIL SERVICE.

    6. DESCENDANT OF SERBIANS OR THEIR DEAD.

    7. OBJECTIONS.

    8. REQUIREMENTS.

    9. CLOSING OF TAPS.

    10. NON-CIVIL OR NON-SOCIAL RELATIONS.

I am in the process of getting the relevant documents, but I want to share my questions and my experience.

I need clarification about four points:

    1. The CSAT website and CSAT form requirements.

    2. CSAT requirements for joining, for future participation.

    3. The CSAT rules that would exclude me from membership or participation in CSAT.

    4. CSAT’s rules for not providing information about this entire situation.

I should get this information from CSAT before applying for the CSAT form.

I want to know what is required of me, if I would receive a form or not if I would get the form on time and if I would get a full form or not if I would lose points for failure to apply, and so forth.

I need the CSAT’s point system because I will add points to my basic qualification if I apply for a CSAT form. I will lose points if I do not get the full form. I need the points so that I will know if the CSAT will accept me to the CSAT because that is the way I want to keep my citizenship or nationality.

Since the CSAT website and CSAT form requirements do not give information about this, I will write a letter or email to CSAT.

If CSAT will not give information, I will ask for information.

    3. Final CSAT points and final CSAT form requirement.

If I fail to get a full form within 3 months, I will lose my points, and I will lose my citizenship or nationality.
