There are many different types of bottled Detoxil Omega Formula water, such as spring water and purified water. Spring water comes directly from the spring, and is collected there, while purified water is water that goes through different purifying systems (like reverse osmosis, distillation and deionization) and is then bottled. You can also filter your own tap water at home. Then, there are "fancier" waters like artesian water, which come from a well that is tapped into a confined aquifer.
As far as which is best, I don't really know for sure. There are so many views on it. For me, I just realize water is better than drinking sugary drinks all day (including fake sugar). I can say that, as of right now, when I purchase bottled water I look for spring water simply because it just kind of makes sense to me that this is/was a natural way of getting water. If I don't see this water available, I'll just get any water (maybe reverse osmosis). I also have a purifier at home, so basically I just drink water.
Signs of not having enough water (or dehydration) can include: fatigue, dry skin, headaches, confusion, constipation, and muscle cramps. It is important to not wait until you are thirsty to drink water and sometimes people may mistake a hunger cramp with thirst. Water is huge in weight loss. It helps clean out your body and also reduces hunger. Now, the question is "How much should I drink?" I think this is too vague of a question to have an exact answer.
